Aplinkonaudos valdymo tendencijos ekonominių sistemų sankirtos laikotarpiu : disertacija

LTAplinkonaudos problemos pradedant aštuntuoju dešimtmečiu yra priskiriamos prie vienų iš aktualiausių klausimų. Spartus gyventojų skaičiaus, jų poreikių augimas didino į aplinkonaudos procesus įtraukiamų išteklių apimtį, sukėlė nepageidaujamus rezultatus bei į aplinkos destrukciją vedančias pasekmes. Habilitacinio darbo tyrimo objektas – aplinkonaudos valdymo rinkos formavimosi laikotarpiu procesas, jį sąlygojantys veiksniai, jų optimalaus santykio paieška. Autorius išryškina būtent subalansuotos plėtros reikšmę aplinkonaudos valdymui. Šiuo habilitaciniu darbu autorius siekė sekančių tikslų: - apibrėžti pagrindines ekonominės veiklos poveikio aplinkai dimensijas, išanalizuoti aplinkonaudos procesų valdymo galimybes; - įvertinti subalansuotos plėtros dėsningumus bei prieštaravimus; - išanalizuoti aplinkonaudos valdymo situaciją centralizuotos ekonomikos laikotarpiu ir įvertinti aplinkonaudos pokyčių racionalumą ekonominių sistemų kaitos laikotarpiu; - atskleisti aplinkonaudos procesų valdymui svarbių informacinio aprūpinimo ir investicijų problemų genezę, struktūrą; - nustatyti organizacijų veiklos kitimo tendencijas, integruojant aplinkos valdymą kaip valdymo sistemos dalį, išsiaiškinti šių procesų strateginės navigacijos galimybes ir prielaidas.

ENSince the eighth decade the problems of environmental benefit are attributed to one of the most topical issues. Rapid increase in the number of inhabitants and their needs have expanded the extent of resources involved in the environmental benefit processes and caused undesirable results as well as consequences leading to environment destruction. The object of habilitation work is the process of formation of environmental benefit management market in the mentioned period, the factors determining it and search for their optimal link. The author emphasizes exactly the significance of balanced development for the management of environmental benefit, as well. The author pursued the following objectives in this habilitation work: - to define the main dimensions for the influence of economic activities on environment, to analyze the possibilities for the management of environment benefit processes; - to assess the regularities and contradictions of the balanced development; - to analyze the environment benefit management situation in the period of centralized economics, and to evaluate the rationality of the changes in the environmental benefit in the period of turnover of economic systems; - to reveal the genesis and structure of the problems of information maintenance and investments important for the management of environmental benefit processes; - to establish the tendencies of change in the activities of organizations by integrating the environment management as a part of management system, to find out the possibilities and prerequisites of strategic navigation of these processes.
