ENIn his article, Michał Siedlecki investigates the family histories of Oskar Miłosz and Czesław Miłosz and analyzes their works: Love Initiation (1910) and The Issa Valley (1955). Each writer has his own, unique literary voice. There are, surely, diff erences, mainly due to chosen poetics of writing, peculiar vocabulary, but the article focuses rather on points of convergence between them, moving along the same critical horizon.
