Summary / Abstract:

ENAggressive propaganda and disinformation campaigns are nothing new for Baltic States or Ukraine. Lithuanian and Ukrainian experts constantly raise concerns over ongoing Russian disinformation operations that try to divide our societies and pollute our information space with fakes. Russia during its war in Ukraine used the toolbox of disinformation extensively. Lithuania now is experiencing the rise in aggressive information operations against NATO troops. In the light of this, the government, civil society, experts have started to react and implement certain measures of countering Kremlin’s offensive of disinformation.
