ENEarly childhood is the shortest, but the most important stage in human's life when a child intensively prepares for the life. The daily routine develops the efficiency in a child's daily work, does not strain the organism, saves health, ensures well-being and stimulates self-efficiency of a child (Boller, 2012; Monkevičienė, 2001). 25 years ago A. Mockus (1990) noticed, that children at home, especially these, who do not attend the kindergarten, absolutely do not follow the daily routine or ignore it during holidays and celebrations. M. Winterhow (2011) noticed, that following the tendencies of free education in pre-school institutions, children of the early age are allowed to choose what to do and when. Such method causes a problem that children in the early childhood do not follow the daily routine. Aim of a research - to identify parents and teachers'attitude towards the day rythm of early age children. Objectives of a research:1. To theoretically substantiate the importance of daily routine in early childhood. 2. To empirically reveal parents and teachers'attitude towards the day rythm of early age children. Methods: the analysis of scientific literature, oral and written survey. The results of the study revealed that children at home and in pre-school institutions do not follow daily routine. This especially happens during the weekends, celebrations and holidays. The results of the study also revealed that collaboration of the parents and teachers based on queries about daily routine ensures the continuity of education and following of the schedule. Children, who follow the daily routine, feel perky, active and not exhausted. Keywords: day rythm, early age children, Schedule.
