LTŠiame straipsnyje rašoma apie XIX a. Vakarų Europos pedagoges, kėlusias moters lavinimosi teisės problemas, inicijavusias mergaičių švietimą. Apibūdinama mergaičių lavinimosi projektų, parengtų prancūzų pedagogių turinys, mokymo principai bei mokymo ir auklėjimo metodai. ENThe article describes female pedagogues of Western Europe of the 19th century who raised problems of education, initiated education of girls. The content of projects for educating girls prepared by the French female pedagogues, principles of teaching and methods of teaching and bringing up are characterised. The problem of women’s contribution to general pedagogy is raised. Achievements of women of many countries in this sphere have not been studies or evaluated.
