Koordinavimo ir įvertinimo fenomenas projekto "Užimtumo centras psichikos problemų turinčiam jaunimui" kontekste

LTVienas iš būdų mažinti atskirtį bendruomenėje yra naujų socialinių projektų kūrimas ir įgyvendinimas. Siekiant užtikrinti šių naujovių veiksmingumą ir tęstinumą, būtina išanalizuoti vykdomus projektus. Projekto „Užimtumo centras psichikos problemų turinčiam jaunimui“ koordinavimas ir įvertinimas išryškėjo kaip kokybinio įvertinamojo tyrimo atradimai. Koordinavimo analizė parodo socialinio darbuotojo – projekto koordinatoriaus – kompetenciją, o vertinimo analizė atskleidžia socialinio darbuotojo – tyrėjo kompetenciją. Projekto koordinavimo pristatyme pateikiama koordinatoriaus materialinių, finansinių ir žmogiškųjų išteklių valdymo kompetencija bei socialinio darbo žinių, įgūdžių, vertybių panaudojimas koordinavimo procese. Projekto įvertinimo pristatyme pateikiama socialinio darbuotojo – tyrėjo – susitikimo ir bendravimo su visais projekto dalyviais ir vykdytojais patirtis. Analizuojant vertinimo reiškinį, nustatyti keturi socialinio darbuotojo įvertintojo vaidmenys: bendradarbis, tyrėjas, mokytojas, įgalintojas. ENOne of the ways of reducing social exclusion in the community is the development and implementation of new social projects. In order to ensure the effectiveness and continuity of these innovations, the ongoing projects must be analysed. The coordination and evaluation of project “Day Centre for Young People with Mental Problems” are part of the qualitative evaluation study. Coordination analysis shows the competence of the social worker as the project coordinator, while evaluation analysis reveals the competence of the social worker as the researcher. The presentation of the project coordination presents the coordinator’s material, financial and human resources management competence, as well as the use of social work knowledge, skills and values in the process of coordination. The presentation of project evaluation presents the experience of the social worker’s-researcher’s meetings and discussions with all the participants and implementers of the project. In analysing the phenomenon of evaluation, four roles of the evaluating social worker have been identified: co-worker, researcher, teacher, and enabler.
