Lietuvos medinių konstrukcijų statybos ir projektavimo įmonėms reikiamų kompetencijų analizė
LTSiekiant tausoti gamtą ir kurti darnią aplinką, vis dažniau architektai ir inžinieriai medines konstrukcijas derina su laikančiosiomis gelžbetonio ar metalo konstrukcijomis, projektuoja tvarius hibridinius medinius pastatus, nors aukštasis mokslas Lietuvoje daugiau dėmesio skiria plieninių ir betoninių konstrukcijų pastatams ir mažaaukščių medinių pastatų projektavimui. Siekiant patenkinti dabartinės ir ateities darbo rinkos poreikius, būtina parengti specialistus, turinčius taikomųjų įgūdžių hibridinių medinių pastatų projektavimo ir statybos srityje. Norint atsakyti į klausimą, kokias studentų kompetencijas reikia ugdyti darnios, didelio našumo hibridinės medienos konstrukcijų projektavimo ir statybos srityje, buvo apklausta 30 Lietuvos medienos gaminių projektavimo ir gamybos įmonių. Gauti apklausų rezultatai suteikia galimybę suprasti dabartinius medienos rinkos poreikius, t. y. kokios absolventų kompetencijos yra būtinos medienos statybos pramonėje ir tiesiogiai prisidėti kuriant mokymo strategiją. Apklausa buvo vykdoma pagal Europos Sąjungos finansuojamą projektą „Tvari, didelio našumo hibridinių medinių pastatų statyba (HiTCH)“. Šiame straipsnyje pateiktas įmonių, užsiimančių medinių pastatų statyba, medinių konstrukcijų gamyba ir projektavimu požiūris į reikiamas specialistų kompetencijas. ENIn order to conserve nature and create a sustainable environment, architects and engineers increasingly combine wooden structures with supporting reinforced concrete or metal structures, design sustainable hybrid wooden buildings, although higher education in Lithuania pays more attention to steel and concrete structures and the design of low-rise wooden buildings. In order to meet the needs of the current and future labor market, it is necessary to prepare specialists with applied skills in the design and construction of hybrid wooden buildings. In order to answer the question of what competencies of students need to be developed in the field of sustainable, high-performance hybrid wood construction design and construction, 30 Lithuanian wood product design and production companies were surveyed. The results of the surveys provide an opportunity to understand the current needs of the timber market, i.e. what competencies of graduates are necessary in the wood construction industry and directly contribute to the development of a teaching strategy. The survey was carried out under the European Union-funded project “Sustainable, High-Performance Hybrid Wooden Building (HiTCH)”. This article presents the approach of companies engaged in the construction of wooden buildings, the production and design of wooden structures to the competencies of specialists.
