Lizingo rinkos Lietuvoje analizė
LTSparčiai tobulėjant technologijoms, auga vartotojų poreikiai, kurie ne visada atitinka jų finansinę padėtį. Viena iš išeičių yra bankų bei kitų institucijų siūlomos finansinės paslaugos. Nors jų pasirinkimas yra didelis, Lietuvoje vis labiau populiarėja lizingas. Siekiant tinkamai pasirinkti paslaugą, jos rūšį bei ją teikiančią instituciją, reikia suprasti ne tik paslaugų esmę, bet ir jų privalumus ir trūkumus bei sąlygas skirtingose institucijose. Todėl straipsnyje yra analizuojamos lizingo rūšys Lietuvoje, portfelio struktūra, bei 2010 – 2017 metų dinamika. Tai pat, palyginamos Swedbank, Luminor ir SEB bankų teikiamos lizingo paslaugos sąlygos. ENWith the rapid development of technology, the needs of consumers are growing and isn't always matching their financial situation. One of the solutions is the financial services offered by banks and other institutions. Although there are many options, leasing is becoming increasingly popular in Lithuania. In order to properly choose the service, its type and the institution providing it, it is necessary to understand not only the essence of the services, but also its advantages, disadvantages and terms in different institutions. The article analyzes the types of leasing in Lithuania, the structure of the portfolio, and the dynamics of 2010-2017. Also, the terms of the leasing service provided by Swedbank, Luminor and SEB banks are compared. Moreover, this article reveals financial car leasing evaluation and the bank that best suits the needs of the consumer.
