LTSlaugos profesija yra laikoma viena iš labiausiai įtemptų, dėl patiriamo didelio darbo ir emocinio krūvio, atsakomybės vykdant pacientų poreikius. Straipsnyje siekiame įvertinti slaugytojų patiriamą nuovargį Covid-19 pandemijos metu. Tyrimo pagrindą sudaro daugiamatis nuovargio inventorius, kuriuo klausimynas yra suskirstytas į penkias skales vertinančias: bendrą nuovargį, fizinį nuovargį, sumažėjusį aktyvumą, sumažėjusią motyvaciją bei protinį nuovargį. Remiantis atlikto tyrimo duomenimis, pateikiamos išvados bus kaip gairės spręsti slaugytojų darbo problemas, atsižvelgiant į jų vaidmenį susidariusioje situacijoje.

ENFatigue is a major work-related factor that directly affects the tasks performed in health care services. At the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, nurses were faced with factors that made their job more difficult, as well as having to work in overcrowded health care facilities. The Covid-19 pandemic required a rapid and immediate response in health care as nurses faced unfavorable emergencies that required longer and tedious working hours. Fatigue is a major work-related factor that directly affects the performance of tasks, the provision of health care, and decision-making. The aim of the article is to evaluate the fatigue experienced by nurses during the Covid-19 pandemic. Objectives: to describe the causes of fatigue experienced by nurses; to find put subjective assessment of nurses’ fatigue; determine the level of fatigue experienced by nurses. Research methods: analysis of scientific literature, quantitative research - questionnaire survey, statistical and graphical analysis of the obtained data. A quantitative study was conducted to assess nurses’ fatigue during the Covid-19 pandemic. The survey was conducted using the multidimensional fatigue inventory, the questionnaire of which is divided into five dimensions: general fatigue, physical fatigue, mental fatigue, reduced motivation and reduced activity. The study was conducted in 2021 October-November. The questionnaire was posted on the “apklausa.lt” page. A total of 116 nurses participated in the study, but 10 questionnaires were not fully completed, so 106 questionnaires were evaluated during data processing. Conclusions: According to the scientific literature, the most recurring factors that determine the fatigue experienced by nurses are long working hours, high workload, stress, physical and psychological exhaustion. Almost all nurses have rated themselves as experiencing fatigue in the workplace.
