Ekologiškų salotų baro „Sweet Green“ steigimo galimybių įvertinimas
LTPastaruoju metu vis daugiau žmonių rūpinasi sveika mityba, stengiasi naudoti sveikus ekologiškus produktus. Ekologiško maisto energinė vertė yra didesnė, o jis gaminamas iš sveikų, naudingų ir nuolat tikrinamų natūralių produktų, kurie užauginti nenaudojant jokių trąšų ar pesticidų. Nepaisant dabartinio laikotarpio neapibrėžtumo, Lietuvoje kuriamos naujos įmonės, persitvarko senosios. Svarbu, išanalizavus situaciją, ekologinei gamybai rasti verslo nišą, kurioje numatyta veikla būtų efektyvi. Straipsnyje apibūdinama ekologiškų produktų nauda žmogaus mitybai, išryškinamas skirtumas tarp ekologiškų ir neekologiškų produktų. Pateikiama verslo idėja – įsteigti ekologiškų salotų barą „Sweet Green“, kuriame klientai patys pasirinktų ingredientus, iš kurių bus sukomponuotos jų salotos. Atlikus potencialių klientų apklausą bei įvertinus konkurentus, pateikiamos finansinės prognozės ir steigiamo verslo veiklos SSGG analizė. Teikiama išvada, kad verslo idėja gali pasiteisinti ir, tinkamai organizavus veiklą, numatyta veikla bus efektyvi.
ENRecently, more and more people are taking care of a healthy diet and are trying to use healthy organic products. Organic food has a higher energy value and is made from healthy, useful and constantly inspected natural products that are grown without the use of any fertilizers or pesticides. Despite the uncertainty of the current period, new companies are being established in Lithuania and the old ones are being reorganized. After analysing the situation, it is important to find a business niche for organic production in which the intended activities would be efficient. The article describes the benefits of organic products for human nutrition and highlights the difference between organic and non-organic products. The business idea is presented - to establish an organic salad bar "Sweet Green", where customers themselves choose the ingredients from which their salad will be made. After surveying potential customers and evaluating competitors, financial forecasts and SWOT analysis of the business to be established are provided. It is concluded that the business idea can pay off and, if properly organized, the planned activities will be efficient.
