Summary / Abstract:

ENA few years ago, the idea arose to introduce a limited appeal for some administrative cases in Lithuania, as well as a mandatory requirement first to apply to quasi-judicial institutions instead of administrative courts. The conference report talks about the system of administrative justice in Lithuania and the ideas put forward to change it.
