"Genų žirklių" taikymo teisiniai klausimai
LTRašto darbe analizuojamos technologijos „CRISPR/cas9“, vadinamųjų genų žirklių, pritaikymo įvairiose srityse teisinės galimybės bei su tuo susijusios etikos problemos. Pateikiamos nacionalinio ir tarptautinio lygmens reglamentavimo apžvalgos, į kurių sritį galėtų patekti minėtasis išradimas, vertinama Lietuvos Respublikos kompetentingų valstybės institucijų vykdomas genų redagavimo veiklos reguliavimas. Pristatomos naujos su bioetika susijusios problemos ir pateikiamos argumentuotos diskurso dalyvių nuomonės. Darbe susitelkiama į technologijos taikymo žmonėms (plačiąja prasme) teisinius aspektus ir pateikiamas genų žirklių santykio su GMO teisinis vertinimas.
ENThe written work presents an analysis of the legal possibilities of applying CRISPR / cas9 technology, also known as „gene scissors“, in various fields and also covers the related ethical problems. Regulatory reviews at national and international level that could be covered by the invention are presented. Also, the activities of competent state institutions of the Republic of Lithuania, the issues of gene editing are evaluated. New problems with bioethics are presented and the arguments of the discourse participants are analyzed. The work covers the legal analysis of the application of the said technology to humans (in the broad sense) and presents a comparison between „gene scissors“ and GMO legal assessments.
