Remiantis užsienio mokslininkų tiriamaisiais mokslo darbais, Europos Sąjungos institucijų išaiškinimais ir apibūdinimais bei užsienio šalių praktika finansų rinkų srityje, straipsnyje aptariama sutelktinio finansavimo samprata ir reikšmė Lietuvos rinkoje, aptariamos finansinės ir nefinansinės šios priemonės teikiamos naudos ypatybės, galima rizika. 2016-aisiais tikimasi sulaukti sutelktinio finansavimo teisinio reglamentavimo: straipsnyje jis analizuojamas bei aptariamas sutelktinio finansavimo platformų veikimas, be to, tolesnės sutelktinio finansavimo, kaip alternatyvios finansinės priemonės smulkiajam ir vidutiniam verslui finansuoti, ateities perspektyvos.
ENThe concept of crowdfunding is a financing tool that allows the realization of innovative projects by the crowd on the platform of the web. It is the capital of the company at its foundation. The concept of crowdfunding allows borrowers to have resources and lenders to be part of an innovative project, an exchange takes place between different parts of the platform in the presence of site administrators who decide to make or not this idea. In recent years the presence of platforms continues to experience exponential developments in various field such as movies, sports, literature, music. Current funding concerns of various projects following the economic crisis and globalization debates exchanges both correspond to the concept of our article, crowdfunding, which focuses on the presentation of new projects and the outsourcing of ideas to the public, which is in the form of virtual crowd to participate in culmination of the latter. Several advantages and disadvantage also from the concept of financing by the crowd can be cited by referring to this concept.
