LTDarbe „Telemedicina: (ne)reguliavimo aspektai ir ateities perspektyvos“, aptariamos telemedicinos rinkos augimo tendencijos bei istorinė raida. Pristatomas šios srities tarptautinio lygmens reguliavimas bei Lietuvos Respublikos nacionalinio lygmens reguliavimo probleminiai aspektai. Kartu, darbe analizuojama geroji telemedicinos srities reguliavimo praktika (Vokietijos telemedicinos sistemos pavyzdys ir analizė). Darbe pabrėžiama, jog skaitmenizacija neišvengiamai paliečia daugumą sektorių, neišimtis yra ir sveikatos sektorius. Taigi, tinkamas reguliavimas bei telemedicinos sektoriaus sukūrimas gali sveikatos paslaugą paversti patogesne, pigesne bei kokybiškesne, o tai naudinga pacientams, specialistams bei sveikatos paslaugas teikiančioms įstaigoms.
ENThe article “Telemedicine: (non) regulatory aspects and future perspectives“ discusses the growth trends and historical development of the telemedicine as a market. Authors talk over the international regulation in this field and the problematic aspects of the national regulation in the Republic of Lithuania. In addition, the paper analyzes exemplary practice in the field of telemedicine. More specifically, the article analyzes the German telemedicine system. The paper emphasizes that digitalization inevitable affect on most sectors, with no exception of the healthcare sector. Thus, the development of a proper regulatory and telemedicine sector can be beneficial to healthcare service, that can lead to be more user-friendly, low-cost and higher-quality, which is useful to patients, professionals and healthcare providers.
