LTDarbe „Telemedicina: (ne)reguliavimo aspektai ir ateities perspektyvos“, aptariamos telemedicinos rinkos augimo tendencijos bei istorinė raida. Authors talk over the international regulation in this field and the problematic aspects of the national regulation in the Republic of Lithuania. In addition, the paper analyzes exemplary practice in the field of telemedicine. More specifically, the article analyzes the German telemedicine system. The paper emphasizes that digitalization inevitable affect on most sectors, with no exception of the healthcare sector. Thus, the development of a proper regulatory and telemedicine sector can be beneficial to healthcare service, that can lead to be more user-friendly, low-cost and higher-quality, which is useful to patients, professionals and healthcare providers.
