Aukštųjų technologijų sektorius: kūrybingumas, inovacijos, internacionalizavimo procesai

LTStraipsnyje analizuojami aukštųjų technologijų sektoriaus raidos ir plėtros procesai. Pagrindinis dėmesys teikiamas sinergetinių efektų generavimui ir sklaidai kaip esminei prielaidai plėtoti aukštųjų technologijų sektorių. Parodyta, kad aukštųjų technologijų sektoriaus raidos ir plėtros procesai gali būti nagrinėjami sinergetinių efektų bei sinergetinių efektų generavimo ir sklaidos idėjų kontekste. Pažymėta, kad aukštųjų technologijų sektoriaus raidos ir plėtros procesai priskirtini sinergetinių efektų generavimo ir sklaidos procesų kategorijai. Aukštųjų technologijų sektoriaus raidos ir plėtros procesai nagrinėjami ir vertinami atsižvelgiant į įvairias globalizacijos bei socialinės, ekonominės raidos bei technologijų pažangos internacionalizavimo procesų formuojamas aplinkybes. Parodyta, kad pagrindiniais prioritetais, aktyvinant aukštųjų technologijų sektoriaus raidą ir plėtrą globalizacijos bei internacionalizavimo procesų kontekste yra laikytini: inovacijų skatinimas visose naujų žinių generavimo srityse, ypač mokslinių tyrimų sektoriuose, studijų sistemose, pramoninėje gamyboje, technologiškai orientuotų paslaugų sektoriuose; tarpinstitucinė sąveika, orientuota į sinergetinius efektus; valstybės politika mokslo ir technologijų pažangos bei aukštųjų technologijų sektoriaus plėtros srityje, pasižyminti orientacijomis į internacionalizavimo procesų aktyvinimą. Straipsnyje išryškinti aukštųjų technologijų sektoriaus plėtros Lietuvoje prioritetai.

ENThe high technologies sector's development and modernization processes are analyzed. The main focus is given to the synergy effects generating and multiplication as to the main precondition of the high technologies sector's development. The high technologies sector's development and modernization processes could be analyzed in the context of the ideas of synergy effects, as well as of the ideas of synergy effects generating and multiplication: the processes of the creation and development of the high technologies sector may be attributed to the category of synergy effects oriented development processes. The high technologies sector's development is an important priority of the social, economic and technological changes and development processes, especially - in Lithuania and in the European Union in general. The high technologies sector's development and modernization processes are analyzed and assessed in the context of globalization and internationalization of the social, economic and technological development. The main priorities for the activation of high technologies sector's development and modernization in the context of globalization and internationalization could be defined: innovation processes in all spheres of the new knowledge generating, especially - in the spheres of scientific research, education, in industrial production and high technologies oriented services; synergy effects oriented interinstitutional interaction; internationalization oriented state policies in science and technology and in the high technologies sector's development. The high technologies sector's development priorities in Lithuania are discussed.
