Kaip kurti ir kaip gyventi. Fantominio Don Kichoto, atgyjančių kūrinių, nuodingų gėlių, sapnuojančių save sistemų, (iš)šokančių raidžių ir visa tai apimančios pastoralės (al)bumas

LTVeikiant meno lauke man svarbu įsivietinti ir kreipti dėmesį į sąlygas, kuriose esu. Taigi, studijų metu mano tikslas buvo sukurti specifišką kūrinį/specifiškų kūrinių, kuriuos galėčiau sukurti tik būdama doktorantūroje ir taip prisidėti prie meninio tyrimo diskurso, polemizuoti ar bendradarbiauti, sąveikauti, nors ir netiesiogiai, su kitais doktorantais. Galima sakyti, tyrimo objektas buvo pats menas bendrąja prasme, menininko savivoka, o taikomi metodai – kintantys. Viena kūrinio sudedamųjų tapo tekstas, arba – rašymas, jei norėčiau pabrėžti procesualumą. Puoliau į jį kaip į ne visai pažintą teritoriją. Ir ta teritorija tapo tyrimo objektu, ir metodu, ir instrumentu ir inkvizicijos tardymo įrankiu, kurio linijiškumo replių nėjo nusimesti kad ir kaip bandžiau suktis ir šakotis. Doktorantūros proceso kūrinius pradėjau laikyti išplėstiniais, diskursyviais, nes jie neišsitenka vienoje fizinėje erdvėje. Jie ištįsta kaip ir doktorantūros studijų trukmė. Tačiau kartais viena dalis pameta kitą ir išsikeroja. Per šiuos metus sukūriau keletą tokių kūrinių, dalis, kurios tilpo, sudėjau į albumą ir jį pavadinau visų tų kūrinių raktikauliais. Išėjimu iš šios būsenos tapo pastoralės motyvas. Don Kichotas prieš mirtį, išsisklaidžius riteriškoms iliuzijoms, sapnuoja bukolines svajas, apie savo kaip piemens gyvenimą. Jis jos nepasiekia, o aš noriu ją sukurti. [eLABa ETD]

ENIn the art field it is important for me to be site-specific and pay attention to the conditions I am in. Therefore, during my studies my goal was to create specific works which I could only make during my PhD studies in order to contribute to the discourse of artistic research, as well as to polemicise or collaborate, to interact, albeit indirectly, with other PhD students. One could say that the object of the research was art in a general sense, the artist's self-consciousness, and the methods used were fluid. One of the components of the work became the text, or - writing,- if I want to emphasize the processual. I dived into it like a territory that I was not entirely familiar with. Writing itself became an object of research, a method, an instrument and a tool of inquisitorial interrogation, the linear pliers of which could not be shaken off, no matter how much I tried to squirm and branch. I began to think of these works as extended, discursive works, because they don't fit into one physical space. They stretch out in the same way as the duration of my PhD. But sometimes a piece gets lost from another and branches out on its own. During these years I created several of such works, put their parts in the album and included their key-words in the album title. The pastoral motif became the way out of this state. Before his death, Don Quixote, after his chivalric illusions have dissipated, dreams bucolic dreams of his life as a shepherd. He doesn't achieve it, but I want to create it.
