The Transformations of employment relations

ENThis paper analyses the essential features of social dialogue and collective labour relations in the European Union and their role in strengthening the European social model. The analysis is based on the recent political, economic and social challenges faced by the European Union and its social model system as well as the systems of Member States. This paper does not pretend to propose cardinal solutions as it cannot be the result of one brief analysis. The author seeks to indicate the existing problems, to show their essence, and to encourage further academic discussions in this field. [From the publication]
