ENWhy King Mindaugas baptized by a priest who had no license to perform such an act? The answer is provided by the Thirteenth Council held in Lion in 1245 that adopted an agreement that the act of Christianization gives its performers a right to claim to the territories ruled by the pagans that were Christianized.
