Standarto BS OHSAS18011:2007 diegimo įvertinimas Klaipėdos įmonėse želdynų priežiūros aspektu

LTStraipsnyje aptariama želdynų priežiūros ir aplinkos tvarkymo darbų profesinė rizika ir pagrindžiama darbuotojų saugos ir sveikatos vadybos sistemos OHSAS 18011, kaip profesinės rizikos prevencijos priemonės, svarba. Analizuojami standarto BS OHSAS 18011:2007 diegimo įmonėse motyvai, teigiami pokyčiai ir neigiami aspektai.

ENOccupational hazard is typical characteristic of many plant handling and infrastructure management works from the occupational safety and health viewpoint. Therefore, systemic attitude towards hazard prevention must be applied via implementation of management system compatible with international requirements, in order to ascertain safety and health of employees. The aim of this research – to discuss and to evaluate the experience of BS OSHAS18011:2007 standard implementation in plant handling and infrastructure management companies in Klaipėda. The survey revealed that international occupational safety and health management system OHSAS 18001 is implemented in 374 Lithuanian enterprises (data for the 1st of January of 2011). 25 of these enterprises are recorded in Klaipėda. 80 percent of them are building enterprises, and none of these enterprises are plant handling and infrastructure management enterprise. 10 building companies are selected as respondents of survey, as their activities of infrastructure (lawn, pathway, sidewalk and etc.) installation correspond to plant handling and infrastructure management works. Ordinarily, the implementation of new systems and standards in company requires additional resources. So, the analysis of systems and standard implementation experience is aimed to reveal motives, positive alterations and negative aspects of innovation installation. Propositions for the questionnaire survey were formulated by authors of article in reference to finding of scientific literature and BS OSHAS18011:2007 standard analysis. Analysis of scientific literature revealed, that quality management models and methods are implemented in striving to fit European Union requirements, seeking for opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency of activity.Growing productivity, consumers’ and stakeholders’ satisfaction, and competitive advantage comes as a result of such modernization. It is revealed, that the main motive of occupational safety and health system certification by OHSAS 18011 is competitive advantage in the market, and it is the main positive alteration too. Also better law information and consideration of constant hazards evaluation and management are revealed. The negative aspect standard implementation is expensive system implementation and labour time expenditures.
