ENSynergetic paradigm (a new science) that was formed at the end of the 20th century is universal because of its interdisciplinarity. The article focuses on synergetic principles having ontological and epistemological dimension and on their practical application. The author thinks that synergetic laws can be reduced methodologically into humanitarian, social and even political spheres. He gives two examples of such reduction. The paradox of not working relations can explain the mechanism of authoritarian political regime. The law of incompatible forced relations discloses why the post Soviet countries have experienced and still experience deep crises. The findings reveal that synergetic regularities found in inanimate nature and described in formalized mathematical language are universal and can describe the behavior of social systems as well as forecast nonlinear effects.
