LTMedos Norbutaitės tapyba, saikingai siurrealistiška, postmoderniai asocijuojanti baroką ir Peter'į Paul'ių Rubens'ą, siekia atskleisti dvasios energijas, sielos apsivalymą ir aukojimą, skatina įveikti dvasios sąstingį ir pakilti su paukščiais. Visos jos kūrybos temos įvairiais tarpsniais skleidėsi skirtingais požymiais, išsaugant piešinio tikslumo ir tapymo emocijos jungtis, minties ir poetinės išraiškos asmeninę darną. Darbuose jaučiama nuolatinė kova ir intriga tarp piešinio pasakojimo ir tapymo ekspresijos, tarp kompozicijos tvarkos ir spalvos laisvės [p. 245].

ENMeda Norbutaitė’s painting, moderately surrealist, associating post-modernly the baroque and Peter Paul Rubens, seeks to reveal the energies of the spirit, soul purification and sacrifice, encouraging to overcome the stagnation of the soul and fly high with the birds. All her artistic themes have been unfolding in different attributes, preserving the unity between the preciseness of drawing and the emotion of painting, the personal harmony of thought and poetic expression. The works radiate the permanent fight and intrigue between the narrative of the drawing and the expression of painting, between the order of composition and the freedom of colour.
