Plotinas ir Proklas apie Platono „Timajo“ demiurgą

LTStraipsnyje analizuojami neoplatonikų Plotino ir Proklo mėginimai interpretuoti Platono dialoge „Timajas“ pateiktą pasaulio kūrėjo (demiurgo) mitą. Plotinas įvardija pagrindinius sunkumus bei galimus įvairius interpretacijos būdus ir pateikia nuostatą, kuri akcentuoja Mąstymo hipostazės vieningumą ir integralumą. Proklas skirtingus demiurgijos aspektus susieja su skirtingomis Mąstymo hipostazei būdingos vidinės raidos fazėmis. Ypač simptomiškas yra Proklo gyvybės vaidmuo Mąstymo hipostazės raidoje, kurios metu gyvybei suteikiamos vis naujos funkcijos.

ENArticle presents an analysis of different interpretations by two Neoplatonic philosophers – Plotinus and Proclus – of Plato’s myth of the demiurge presented in the "Timaeus". Plotinus identifies the main difficulties of interpretation and foresees a number of different possible ways of explaining them. He maintains an approach that emphasises wholeness and integrity of the hypostasis of Intellect. Proclus relates the different aspects of the demiurge to different phases of the development of the inner reality of Intellect. Especially symptomatic is Proclus’ interpretation of the role of life within the inner development of Intellect, in the course of which life always acquires new functions.
