"Geležinė tvarka" ir jos filosofinės prielaidos

LTProblemos šaknys čia, regis, yra tos, kurias nurodo F. A. von Hayekas: nuostata, kad viskas, kas yra bent kiek vertinga ar patikima, yra žmogaus racionaliai sukurta ar sukonstruota - tas pats antropomorfinis naivumas, kuris, pastiprintas mokslinio diskurso, skatina abejoti viskuo, kas ateina su tradicija ar kas "spontaniškesnių būdu išsirutulioja laiko tėkmėje". Šis tvarkos tipas pradėtas kritikuoti dar tada, kai viešpatavo pozityvistinis mokslas - 1835 metais (beveik šimtas metų prieš Maxą Weberį) pasirodė dabar pranašiška vadinama Andrew Ure's knyga "Manufaktūrų filosofija". Detalesnės analizės nusipelno Frankfurto mokyklos - Horkheimerio, Adorno, Marcuses - kritiniai darbai, Foucault ir Habermaso koncepcijos ar technikos problemai skirti Heideggerio straipsniai. Lietuvių teoretikų pastarojo meto darbai irgi atspindi susirūpinimą šiais klausimais - apie tai byloja daugumą konferencijų pranešimai bei T. Sodeikos straipsniai, kuriuose pateikiama išgyvenimo kaip refleksijos alternatyva gali būti interpretuojama pakeičiant abi alternatyvas skirtingomis tvarkos paradigmomis.

ENThe article deals with the genealogy of one of the most fundamental concepts at the disposal of the human beings - the concept of order. It aims to show the origin of the deterministic concept of order which within the framework of contemporary socio-cultural settings is increasingly conceived as negative and repressive, lying at the basis of what is frequently called scientism and the hegemony of technocracy. For this purpose a short survey centering on the definitions and dynamics of this concept in the history of philosophy and science is presented. The works of Vytautas Kavolis, Friedrich A. yon Hayek and the articles of the "Interdisciplinary Seminar on Order" collected into the book devoted entirely to the different aspects of this subject - The Concept of Order - are referred to as main sources. As the article does not focus either on the critique of the "ironclad order" or on the showing its alternatives but only on trying to clarify some premises of its formation, the critical points are briefly mentioned at the end and left open for the further discussion.
