Apie etiką, anti-etiką ir poetikos negalimybę

LTEtiką suvokiame kaip teorinių nuostatų visumą, kuri reguliuoja mano santykius su Kitu. Savo ruožtu mano santykis su Kitu yra galimas tik kaip santykis su Kito išore, su Kito kūnu. Iš karto galime pastebėti, jog normatyvinė etika, pavyzdžiui, I. Kanto, ignoruoja kūniškąjį etikos elementą. Šia teorine spraga netrunka pasinaudoti antictinės koncepcijos (Markizas de Sade’as, fašizmas), kurios formalų moralės dėsnio turinį užpildo radikaliai priešingu turiniu. ENThe article discusses three versions of the relationship with the Other: Kant’s, Sade’s and Nazis. Lacanian psychoanalysis reveals some hidden implications of Kantian ethics: obliterated from subjective or ‘pathological’ content the moral law is valid only by virtue of its own form. Sade fills this formal law not with universal, but with radically ‘pathological’ content. In this respect Sade’s universe is one of the possible - although inverted-implications of Kantian ethics. H. Arendt reveals that Nazis ideology, seeking to formalize their crimes and exclude from them all subjective content, in some aspects repeats Kantian gesture. All these three positions are based on the phantasy of the eternal body - Others body. If these positions can still preserve the name of ethics, the ethics is possible only as the relationship with the Others body. [From the publication]
