А. И. Тыминский и гимназия Товарищества русских учителей Каунаса (1920 - 1940 гг.)

LTStraipsnyje aprašoma A.I. Timinskio 1920 m. įkurta Kauno gimnazija ir jos gyvavimo procesas. Straipsnis pradedamas A.I. Timinskio biografija: jis baigė Varšuvos gimnaziją, politechnikos institutą, vėliau išsiųstas į Sibirą. Dirbo mokytoju, vėliau - Peterburgo Finansų ministerijoje. 1914 m. paimtas į armiją, sužeistas. 1918 m. gavo leidimą aplankyti tėvus Kaune, ten liko gyventi. Tapo deputatu, rūpinosi pabėgėliais. Straipsnyje pristatoma mokyklų situacija Lietuvoje, mažumų teisės į išsilavinimą, problemos. Pristatoma Timinskio veikla Kaune - publikacijos, rūpinimasis emigrantais, jų išsilavinimu, pastangos įkurti mokyklą. Aprašomas bendruomenės biudžeto formavimas, mokyklos įkūrimo darbai. Timinskis tapo direktoriumi. Pasakojama mokyklos veikla, bibliotekos atidarymas, inventoriaus kaupimas, pateikiama informacija apie ten dirbusių mokytojų išsilavinimą. Supažindinama su mokyklos tvarka, mokymo ypatumais, iškilusiomis problemomis ir bandymais jas spręsti. Didelis įvykis buvo rusų rašybos pakeitimas. Mokykloje nutarta priimti naujas taisykles, nors 2 mokytojai nesutiko. Aprašomos jų nesutikimo priežastys. Mokyklai nuolat trūko mokytojų, politinio ir socialinio palaikymo. Mokinių tėvų lėšomis pradėtas statyti nuosavas mokyklos pastatas, į jį pereita 1925 m. Nors būtiniausių mokymo priemonių netrūko, Timinskis rašė laišką patarėjui mokymo reikalams, kad gimnazijos gyvavimui nėra pakankamai lėšų. Nuo 1925 m. gimnazija gavo valstybės paramą, nors ji buvo nepakankama. Timinskis nuolat rūpinosi rusų mokyklų problemomis Lietuvoje, teikė siūlymus. ENThe article describes Kaunas Alexander Timinskis Gymnasium established in 1920 and its existence. The article begins with the biography of Alexander Timinskis: he graduated from Warsaw Gymnasium and Polytechnic Institute and was sent to Siberia. Alexander Timinskis worked as a teacher; later, he was employed in Petersburg Minister of Finance. In 1914 he went to army and was wounded. In 1918 he got permission to visit his parents in Kaunas and stayed there to live. He became a deputy and took care of refugees. The article introduces the situation of school institutions in Lithuania, the minority rights to education, and the problems of education. It also discloses activities of Alexander Timinskis in Kaunas: publications, taking care of refugees and their education, and attempting to establish the school. In addition, it describes community budget formation and steps towards establishing the school. Alexander Timinskis became a director of the school he established. The article reveals activities of the school, opening the library, and acquisition of inventory; and delivers information about education of teachers employed at school. It shows work procedures, teaching particularities, and problems of the schools that were attempted to solve. Administration of the school decided to adopt new rules notwithstanding the contradiction of 2 teachers. The article describes the reasons of their contradiction. The school always lacked political, social, and teachers’ support. The construction of its own building started using the funds raised from parents of pupils. The new building was opened in 1925. Although the school did not feel lack of the essential teaching instruments, Timinskis wrote a letter to the educational adviser that gymnasium did not have enough financial means for its existence. Since 1925 the gymnasium had been gaining the state support. However, it was not sufficient. Timinskis always took care of the problems of Russian schools in Lithuania and made.
