Jaunimo požiūris ir motyvacija verslumui

LTVienas svarbiausių Lietuvos ekonomikos plėtros strateginių tikslų - kurti palankią teisinę ir ekonominę aplinką verslui, siekiant užtikrinti visuomenės gerovės kilimą. Europos Sąjungos švietimo dokumentuose viena iš prioritetinių veiklos krypčių yra verslumo ugdymas. Jaunimo verslumo ugdymas - svarbiausia sritis, lemianti Lietuvos plėtrą, nedarbo mažėjimą, socialinę ir ekonominę jaunimo gerovę. Lietuvos Respublikos Vyriausybė į 2004-2008 metų programą įtraukė nuostatą stiprinti jaunimo verslumo ugdymą ir siekti, kad kuo daugiau jaunų žmonių turėtų sąlygas pradėti savo verslą. Smulkus ir vidutinis verslas - vienas iš svarbiausių ekonomikos augimo veiksnių, turintis esminį poveikį Lietuvos ūkio raidai, naujų darbo vietų kūrimui ir socialiniam stabilumui. Straipsnio tikslas - atskleisti jaunimo požiūrį į verslumą ir aptarti ugdymo aspektus.

ENOne of the most important strategic goals of Lithuania’s economy development is to create a favourable legal and economic environment for business in order to safeguard the rise of welfare of society. One of the underlying policies in the European Union documents is training the entrepreneurship. Training the youth entrepreneurship is one of the main fields, conditioning the development of Lithuania, the decrease of unemployment and social and economical welfare of the youth. The Programme of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania for 2004-2008 consists of the attitude of strengthening the youth entrepreneurship and endeavour of making conditions for the young people to start their business. Small and medium business sector is one of the most important factors of economic growth that has essential effect on the evolution of Lithuania’s economy, creation of new workplaces and social stability. The purpose of the article is to reveal the youth attitude towards entrepreneurship and discuss the training aspects.
