Aukos-vaiko ir nusikaltėlio inversija: viktimologinė analizė

LTStraipsnyje pateikiama aukos ir nusikaltėlio inversijos1 samprata. Išskiriamos inversijos rūšys, tipai, pateikiamos klasifikacijos. Plačiau nagrinėjama aukos-vaiko ir smurtautojo „kaupiamoji" ir „ciklinė" inversijos, jų vikti-mologinė analizė. Pateikiami naujausi viktimologiniai tyrinėjimai bei statistika, kuri tik epizodiškai parodo tyrinėjamos problemos mastus. Aukos-vaiko ir smurtautojo inversiją autorius nagrinėja iš viktimologijos pozicijų. Viktimologija, turėdama unikalų tyrimo objektą, nagrinėja viktiminio įvykio dalyvių arba dalyvio inversijos fenomeną, kuris dar nesusilaukė pakankamo teisės ir kitų socialinių mokslų dėmesio, nors tai labai svarbu organizuojant ugdymo procesą. ENThe article presents the conception of the inversion of the victim and the criminal. Sorts and types of inversion are identified and classifications are presented. The article conducts a broader analysis of the cumulative and cycle inversion of the child-victim and the offender as well as their victimology. The article presents the recent research and statistics on victimology which only episodically reflects the extent of the analysed problem. The author examines the inversion of the victim-child and offender from the victimological point of view. Victimology with its unique object of study examines the phenomenon of inversion of participants or a participant of the victimic event which has not received sufficient attention of law and other social sciences so far, even though it is very important in organising the education process.
