Formalistic approach of synaesthesia aesthetics in the Symbolism movement

ENIn this article one should speak of how the aesthetics of symbolism allowed the emergence of synaesthesia and how it shaped its aesthetic conceptions instead of speaking of the peculiarities of the conception of symbolism synaesthesia. The synaesthesia of symbolism is an active creation of the sensory harmony, cyclically going from the natural heterogeneity of human senses to reduced homogeneity to a new and artificial heterogeneity, where the re-established relations between the senses mean the act and product of creation. Though quite formalist and abstract, the ambition of the synaesthesia of symbolism still has a lot of uncertainty and indivisible blocks of integral sensory experience; therefore, the turnover of the heterogenic formations of symbols as an idea along with the sensual and sensational experience draws nearly the same trajectories in the symbolist art as the ones disseminated by the abstractionist art trend after further decomposition and purification of sensory elements.
