ENLabor relations as well as labor law are constantly changing, and these are the political system, economic and social situation in the country, the relationship between employees, which are usually represented by trade unions, employers and their organizations and the state that have a decisive influence on their evolution. In this respect, the situation in the Międzymorze countries is diverse, which is why they belong to various European social models. In the current period, after the 2008–2009 crisis, it is common for the Międzymorze countries to strive to increase the fl exibility of labor relations and to limit the infl uence of the state in providing employment and living standards. The exception, however, is Belarus, in which the state’s infl uence on the regulation of labor relations was increased in 2012–2014.
