ENThe implementation of computers for foreign-language learning and teaching has many advantages; also, the learner can be fascinated. However, the methodological structure of a computer program may not always correspond with the requirements of modem lesson planning. This article attempts to demonstrate the use of computers in German language lessons at two teaching sites in Kaunas, basing the analysis on learning theory and methodology; the advantages and disadvantages of computer-assisted learning is analyzed, and the learning results are evaluated.
