Summary / Abstract:

ENAnalysis of student satisfaction questionnaires is often limited to the mean indicator of the analysed department, disregarding the peculiarities of students’ opinions in separate study segments, which can lead to subjective study process assessment results, i.e. biased estimates. Revealed diversity of students’ opinions can become an object of a separate research, which would disclose the peculiarities of study process, various factors affecting this process and, most importantly, the results of this analysis could become useful in ensuring sustainability of study quality and in regulation and management of study process.
