Būsimųjų pedagogų klubo veikla - atrankos ir saviatrankos forma

LTBūsimųjų pedagogų klubas siekia išugdyti vaikinų ir merginų, turinčių pašaukimą pedagoginei veiklai, nuostatas ir gebėjimus: logiškai, kritiškai, konstruktyviai mąstyti, argumentuotai rinktis, išmintingai apsispręsti; pažinti bei suprasti save patį, gyvenimą ir pasaulį, nuolat plėsti bendrą kultūrinę, socialinę ir profesinę kompetenciją; gyventi kartu su kitais – būti solidariam, darniai bendrauti ir bendradarbiauti; atsakingai veikti – savo aplinkos, pasirinktos profesijos ir kultūrinio gyvenimo srityje; išmintingai ir garbingai gyventi, prasmingai būti. 87 proc. klubą lankančių moksleivių yra psichologiškai nusiteikę būti mokytojais, tačiau nežino, ar tinka šiai specialybei. Atlikta tyrimo analizė rodo, jog klubo veikla padeda jo nariams save išreikšti, pažinti, sudaro sąlygas profesiniam apsisprendimui taikant atranką ir saviatranką. ENThe club of future pedagogues seeks to form attitudes and develop the following abilities of young boys and girls who have a calling for the pedagogical activity: to think logically, critically and constructively, to choose with motivation, to make decision wisely: to know and understand himself/herself, life and the world, to constantly develop common cultural, social and professional competence; to live together with others – to be at one with others, to communicate and co-operate harmoniously,; to act with responsibility – in the sphere of one’s environment, the profession chosen and cultural life; to be wise and honest, to lead a meaningful life. 87 per cent of students who attend the club are psychologically ready to be teachers; however, they do not know whether they are suitable to this profession. The analysis made shows that the activity of the club helps its members express, know themselves, creates conditions for professional self-determination in applying selection and self-selection.
