The second part of the research shows the contribution of the honor consuls of Lithuania to broadening bilateral and multilateral exchange. The third part reveals the role of the Legation of Lithuania in Stockholm in building the cultural bridge between Lithuania and Norway. The fourth part reflects the support of the staffs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania for Norwegian journalists in Lithuania.
