ENFlexibility is one of the key paradigms of modern management. The condition for its effectiveness in the field of human capital is its pro-innovative character and comprehensive approach to human capital management flexibility. Empirical studies have shown insufficient level of HCM flexibility, regardless of the socio-economic and cultural conditions. Opinions of employees on the qualification advancement and attitudes relating to the development of creativity and entrepreneurship are disturbing. What is particularly unsatisfactory is the level of remuneration flexibility.
