[Lietuvių tarmių kaita XXI a. pradžioje: Lenkijos lietuvių šnektos]

LTKolektyvinę monografiją „Lietuvių tarmių kaita XXI a. pradžioje: Lenkijos lietuvių šnektos“ parengusi dialektologių komanda, įvertinusi ankstesnius reikšmingus Lenkijos lietuvių šnektų tyrimus, kur svarbiausias akcentas buvo šnektų praeitis, susitelkė ties šnektų tarpusavio sąsajomis „stebimuoju laiku – čia ir dabar“ (p. 14). Autorės išsikėlė ambicingą tikslą ir uždavinius: „remiantis ankstesnių ir pastarųjų metų tyrimų duomenimis, pateikti dabartinį visuminį (ar sisteminį) XXI a. pradžios periferinių lietuvių šnektų Lenkijoje vaizdą“ (ten pat). Tyrėjų išsikelti uždaviniai rodo tyrimo įvairialypiškumą ir tam tikrą kompleksiškumą: 1) surinkti XXI a. pradžios Punsko ir Seinų šnektų situaciją atspindinčios tarminės ir sociolingvistinės medžiagos; 2) apibūdinti istorinį ir dabartinį sociokultūrinį Punsko ir Seinų šnektų kontekstą; 3) taikant naujausius geolingvistikos metodus, aptarti tiriamų šnektų arealo kitimo ribas ir sudaryti jų žemėlapį; 4) remiantis sociolingvistikos instrumentarijumi, ištirti ir aprašyti sociolingvistinę situaciją; 5) nustatyti ir aptarti svarbiausius pagrindinių kalbos lygmenų struktūrų archajiškus bruožus ir inovacijas bei palyginti juos su egzistuojančiais gretimose pietų aukštaičių šnektose; 6) atlikti prognostinius Lenkijos lietuvių šnektų tyrimus (p. 14– 15). Laikantis ką tik minėto čia ir dabar principo buvo renkama ir empirinė medžiaga: 2014–2016 m. buvo surengtos kelios ekspedicijos Punsko, Seinų ir Šipliškės valsčiuose [p. 236].

ENThe collective monograph The Change of Lithuanian Dialects at the beginning of the 19th century: the Speeches of Polish Lithuanians, which was written at the end of 2016 by the dialectologists from the Institute of the Lithuanian Language, made the linguistic community as well as those interested in the Lithuanian language and its dialects excited and intrigued. [...]. The monograph consists of a preface, an introduction, five sections, and conclusions, a list of tables, a list of images, sources, literature, summaries in English and Polish, and 12 annexes. The authors, having evaluated previous significant studies of speeches of Polish Lithuanians, in which the focus was on the part of the speeches, focused on the interconnections between the speeches "at the time of observation - here and now". They decided to present the overall (or systematic) view of the peripheral speeches of Lithuanians in Poland spoken at the beginning of the 19th century. Empirical material was also collected in compliance with the "here and now" principle. In this monograph the reader will come across socio-linguistic information, get acquainted with perceptual dialectology, and will also find traditional dialectology. It is very important to mention that this collective monograph presents a clear and motivated theoretical basis for research, which has been lacking from the Lithuanian dialectology so far. This is probably the most important advantage of the monograph. Annexes are also of great value. The authors have achieved the set goal and fulfilled the intended tasks. They performed a massive, thorough, and undoubtedly important and valuable work that will find its place not only in the libraries of Punskas and Seinai, but also in the homes of the people of Punskas and Seinai.
