Перспективи козацької України під "опікою" Москви після 1654 р. в поглядах Альбрехта Станіслава і Януша Радзивіллів

ENThe article revealed the essence of Ukrainian policy of Moscovy after the assumption of royal patronage by B. Khmelnytsky in early 1654, lighting of the views of the political elite of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania in the middle of XVIIth century – the great Chancellor Albrecht Stanislaw Radziwill and Vilna governor, field Hetman Janusz Radziwill. Factors, influenced the perception, understanding and evaluation of the plans and aims of Moscow in Cossack Ukraine by the Lithuanian power elite, were determined. From one hand, warning of the Ukrainian Hetman of the danger from Moscow by the Lithuanian officials was found to be one of the ways to achieve the break of Ukrainian-Russian military alliance (this was the main task of the Polish-Lithuanian politicians) and the return of Cossack Ukraine to the Commonwealth by creating a sharply negative image of Moscow State. However, on the other hand, it certified the real understanding of representatives of the Lithuanian ruling elite that Cossack Ukraine really started «to be in ward» to Moscow after Pereyaslav, but only in the context of inherent in Kremlin’s vision of the future place of Ukrainian lands in the Moscow State. In fact, it was the transformation of Cossack Ukraine and the Ukrainian society into "subject villeins".
