Nagrinėjama, kokie kainą lemiantys veiksniai egzistuoja pradiniame kainos apskaičiavimo etape ir ar jie įtakoja gautinę projekto įgyvendinimo sumą.
ENThis article analyzes the various construction projects costing methods, one of the them are Monte Carlo simulation, which is one of the most common conceptual construction cost calculation and decision-making methods. Monte Carlo simulation model can be set up using an Excel plug-in for this model, or by using the econometrics simulation calculation software MiniTab. Another method is Artificial Neural Networks. Its principle of operation is based on the use of 12 or more significant economic indicators in the construction sector to determine the construction cost of the project. Neural networks - is a model adopted from the human brain and adapted construction cost calculation. Artificial neural network model is developed for the calculation of free software called FANN-TOOL. Advanced neural network model is called - evolutionary fuzzy hybrid neural network, which can estimate the total construction cost and a partial estimate, which depends mainly on the parts of the values and divided into several parts classified estimates. And case-based reasoning model, where emerging problems are solved on the basis of past problem solving.
