ENInnovation development in real estate is not an independent process. The development is considered as a consequence of other multi-actions. In this paper we will indicate the factors conditioning proper environment for the innovations while taking into consideration that investors are analyzing financial report as well as technical and social effect while assessing new construction projects. At the end of this paper we will give the abstract of efficiency evaluation methods.
