Vilniaus žydų spaustuvių knygos muziejaus rinkiniuose

ENThe Lithuanian Jewish State museum (Vilna Gaon Jewish State museum) was established in 1989. His collection was based on the collection of Vilnius Jewish museum of 1944-1949. After the museum was closed in 1949 the collections were delivered among the main Lithuanian museums, and when our museum was opened the collections were returned back to us. The book collection of our museum was gathered by us buying some books from private persons, in curiosity shops and so on. According to the books we can reconstruct the history of Jewish printing houses in Vilnius and make solutions about the influence of the books to the cultural life of Jews in Russia, Poland and also their influence to the development of poligraphy industry and book culture of Lithuania, of course.
