ENThe popularity of online shopping continues to grow, hence the identification of motivators for online shopping plays an important role in explaining market decisions and developing marketing strategies. The article aim is to identify factors motivating for online shopping and to determine if there are statistically significant differences regarding motivators depending on the country of origin of e-clients. The study is based on the results of survey conducted by the CAWI technique on a sample of 1,713 people making online purchases in three European countries: Poland, Lithuania and Latvia.
