Mokslo darbų leidinys "Bibliografija"

LT1994 ir 1995 metais pasirodę Lietuvos nacionalinės Martyno Mažvydo bibliotekos Bibliografijos ir knygotyros centro straipsnių rinkiniai „Bibliografijos žinios“ davė pradžią naujam tęsiamajam mokslo darbų leidiniui „Bibliografija“. Straipsnyje analizuojami pirmieji dešimt tomų ir pateikiamos rekomendacijas leidiniui tobulinti. Vidutinė tomo apimtis – 10,1 leidybinio apskaitos lanko. Tiražai svyruoja nuo 220 iki 300 egz. Iš viso juose paskelbta 158 įvairių tipų ir rūšių publikacijos. Vidutiniškai viename tome tilpo po 15,8 straipsnių ir kitų tipų bei rūšių publikacijų. Natūralu, kad didžiausią mokslinių publikacijų dalį sudarė su mokslo darbų pagrindine tematika susiję straipsniai. „Bibliografijoje“ paskelbta mokslinių konferencijų ir seminarų pranešimų. Paminėtina IFLA seminaro „Visuotinė bibliografinė apskaita ir UNIMARC“, tarptautinio seminaro „Bibliografinės apskaitos funkcijos pasaulio informacijos infrastruktūroje“ medžiaga, IFLA konferencijų kai kurių pranešimų vertimai. Mokslo darbuose randame ir po keletą kitų tipų ir rūšių publikacijų: personalinės bibliografijos sąrašų, bibliografinių šaltinių apžvalgų, informacijos apie mokslo renginius ir kt. Iš viso savo publikacijas paskelbė 99 autoriai, iš jų 49 įvairių tarptautinių organizacijų ir trijų žemynų valstybių mokslininkai ir specialistai. Analizė parodė, kad daug gerų pirmųjų tomų iniciatyvų (oficialiųjų dokumentų, Nacionalinės retrospektyvinės bibliografijos redaktorių kolegijos posėdžių aprašymų, svarbiausių IFLA dokumentų vertimų publikavimas, leidinio struktūrinimas) palaipsniui užgeso. ENThe collections of articles “Bibliographical News” published by Martynas Mažvydas National Library of Lithuania and the Center of Book Science in 1994 and 1995 led to the new serial publication of science works “Bibliography”. The article contains the analysis of the first ten volumes and recommendations for the improvement of the publication. The average coverage of one volume is 10.1 publisher’s signatures. Circulations of the publications vary from 220 to copies. There are altogether 158 publications of various types and nature published in them. On average one volume contained 15.8 articles and other publications of other types and nature. It is natural that the articles on studies of the main topic formed the largest part of the science publications. Several science conference and seminar reports are published in “Bibliografija“. The material of the international IFLA seminar “Global bibliographic accounting and UNIMARC” and international seminar “Functions of bibliographic accounting in the infrastructure of the world information” and translations of some of the reports of IFLA conferences should be noted. The studies contain several publications of other types and nature: lists of personal bibliography, reviews of bibliographic sources, information on science events, etc. The total of 99 authors published their works, and 49 of them were the scientists and specialists of various international organizations and came from the states in three continents. The analysis indicated that many of the solid initiatives in the first volumes (publication of official documents, descriptions of the meetings of the National editorial board of retrospective bibliography, translations of the most significant IFLA documents and structurisation of the publication) gradually died. Their continuation is one of the preconditions for the improvement of the publication’s structure and its quality.
