Summary / Abstract:

ENThe represented article deals with the construction of a frame-based scenario model (slot organization) of national cooperative communicative behavior as a cognitively semiotic and discursively pragmatic phenomenon manifested in discursive practices as sign structures of the communicative consciousness of Ukrainians, Russians, Lithuanians and Americans. Within the framework of the proposed topic, based on the method of structuring the communicative situation of M. Minsky, a frame-scenario model of cooperative communicative behaviour is suggested. It was constructed on the results of socio- and psycholinguistic experiments that allowed to identify and analyze stereotyped naive representations of representatives of Ukrainian, Russian, Lithuanian and American communicative cultures on cooperativeness and courtesy, a cooperative and polite language personality, and to become specific to the realization of its cooperative discursive space, determined by the communicative consciousness of individuals and explicated in stereotypical national discursive practices. The semiotic frame-script of national cooperative communicative behaviour is a construct represented by stereotypical (non)institutional discourse practices that reflect the structure of knowledge about cooperation through a set of such slots: (S + Ps – addresser) + P – proposal and event + (H + Ps – addressee) + M (P / T – N – F) – modes of cooperation + (R + St) – mutually beneficial result and stimulus. These slots form the upper level of the frame (according to M. Minsky), which consists of compulsory components of a particular stereotyped discursive situation. The scenario components of the cooperative communicative behavior frame is the combination of grammatical forms and slot values of different order: 1) personal / possessive pronouns of the first person singular and plural and their own names – components of the first slot S + Ps – addresser / speaker / communicator initiator; 2) personal / possessive pronouns of the second and third person singular and plural, their own names, nominations of status, rank, position, title, as well as those that emphasize the dignity of the person, the proximity of relations, the traditional approach to the unfamiliar person for each of the lingual cultures analyzed, which are used, first of all, in institutional discourse practices, – components of the second order slot H + Ps – addressee / listener / communicator interlocutor; 3) etiquette norm, personal intentions (intent, installation) of communicators of initiator and interlocutor – components of slot P – offer / event with its terminals: solidarity, cooperation, integration; 4) politeness / tolerance, neutrality, familiarity – components of the slot M (P / T – N – F) – cooperative mode of communication; 5) strategic and tactical repertoire of the means of successful cooperation – components of the slot R + St – result / stimulus.
