Vadybinių kompetencijų ugdymo verslo imitacinėje įmonėje įvertinimas : disertacija

LTŠiandieninei darbo rinkai reikalingi ne tik profesionalūs ekonomistai, inžinieriai, bet ir vadybos specialistai, turintys vadybinių kompetencijų, kurios atitinka darbo rinkos poreikius. Temos aktualumą lemia poreikis išanalizuoti, ar tikrai verslo imitacinėse įmonėse (VIĮ) ugdomos darbo rinkai reikalingos vadybinės kompetencijos, padedančios būsimam vadybos specialistui įsitvirtinti ir konkuruoti darbo rinkoje. Disertacijoje išanalizuota vadybinės kompetencijos (VK) kilmė, atpažinta VK samprata ir tipologijos, atlikta užsienio ir šalies mokslininkų darbų teorinė analizė, kurios pagrindu sudarytas VK sąrašas ir VK ugdymo verslo imitacinėje įmonėje įvertinimo modelis. Siekiant įvertinti ugdytinas VK, atliktas verslo įmonių vadovų požiūrio tyrimas, taikant trianguliacijos metodą, atsakant į probleminį klausimą, kokių VK reikia vadybos specialistams, kad jie galėtų sėkmingai dirbti verslo įmonėse. Nustatant ugdomas VK verslo imitacinėje įmonėje (VIĮ), išanalizuoti atlikto vadovų požiūrio tyrimo rezultatai, derinant kokybinio ir kiekybinio tyrimo metodus. Siekiant įvertinti VK komponentų pokyčio lygį, atliktas studentų požiūrio tyrimas mokymų VIĮ pradžioje ir pabaigoje, taikant kiekybinio tyrimo metodą, ir atsakyta į probleminį klausimą kaip pakinta studentų VK lygis VIĮ ugdymo proceso metu. Bei kiekybiniu tyrimu nustatyti konkretūs ugdytinų ir ugdomų VK sąsajų lygiai. ENContemporary labour market requires not only professional economists, engineers, but also management specialists with managerial competences that would correspond to the needs of the labour market. The relevance of the topic is determined by the need to analyse whether business simulation enterprises (BSE) actually serve as a tool for development of managerial competences required by the labour market, which would help a future management specialist to enter into and to compete in the labour market. The doctoral dissertation analyses the genesis of managerial competence (MC), offers the concept and typologies of MC; the performed theoretical analysis of research conducted by foreign and national researchers made a basis for preparation of the list of MC and a model for assessment of development of MC in a business simulation enterprise. To make assessment of the needed (to be developed) MC, a survey of approach of managers of business companies was made applying the method of triangulation thereby addressing the topical issue: what MC are needed for management specialists in order they could successfully work in business companies. Identifying the MC developed in business simulation enterprise (BSE), the findings of the performed survey of managers’ approach were analysed combining both the qualitative and quantitative research methods. To assess the level of change in components of MC, a survey of students’ approach in the beginning and the end of the training in BSE was conducted, applying the method of quantitative research and thereby addressing the topical issue: how is the level of students’ MC changing in the process of training in BSE; also the particular levels of correlations between the needed (to be developed) and developed MC were identified.The comprehensive findings of research of the doctoral dissertation can serve as a useful tool for business companies and higher schools - in making assessment of available managerial competences of management specialists, also in the process of accreditation of study programmes.
