Žaliųjų gyvenviečių energetinio ūkio modelis

LTPagrindinis žaliosios gyvenvietės energetinio ūkio modelio sudarymo tikslas – išnagrinėti vietovės energetinio ūkio veikimą esant skirtingoms to regiono energetinės sistemos būsenoms ir išorinėms sąlygoms, suformuoti vietovių energetinio ūkio ilgalaikės plėtros modelį, kuris praktiškai padėtų besikuriančioms žaliųjų gyvenviečių bendruomenėms nuosekliai ir darniai siekti užsibrėžtų tikslų, pamažu vis didesniu mastu panaudojant vietinius ir atsinaujinančius energijos išteklius (AEI) bendruomenės energijos poreikiams tenkinti. Energetiniam ūkiui suformuoti naudojamas procesų tinklinės sintezės (PTS) metodas (angl. process network synthesis method), kuris padeda analizuoti esamą energetinio ūkio situaciją ir suformuoti ekologinio energetinio ūkio struktūrą, parenkant optimalius energetinio ūkio plėtros variantus, tinkamus žaliųjų gyvenviečių energetinio ūkio formavimui. Žaliosios gyvenvietės energetinis ūkis suformuotas priimtiniausiu AEI įsisavinimo atveju sintezuojant įvairias AEI naudojančias technologijas ir kuriant prielaidas racionaliam AEI technologijų įgyvendinimui. Sudaryti energetinio ūkio ekologizavimo etapai sprendžia esamų gyvenviečių apsirūpinimo šilumos ir elektros energija galimybes ir apima kompleksinę AEI technologijų analizę, kuri suteikia sisteminį požiūrį į AEI technologijų taikymą regionuose ir skatina domėjimąsi cirkuliacine bei bendruomenine ekonomika, integruojant antroposferinius (žmogaus sukurtos sistemos) veiksnius į gamtinę aplinką.

ENThe objective of the development of the energy economic model for green settlements is the preparation of the action program for redevelopment of energy economic model in the context of the green settlement concept and the preparation of calculation models using step-by-step methods in order to reach the maximal level of renewable energy resources (RES) usage, where a constant and long-term social development will not confront the primary life status, which is supported by continuous self-regulatory cyclic mechanism associated with long-term economic and energy sector objectives according to principles of circular economy. Energy process network synthesis (PNS) method is used for investigation of energy flow in the region and helps to set up a structure for regional energy economy. PNS method evaluates the potential energy economic development scenarios and allow to develop the model of green settlement. The energy economic model for green settlement involves the formation of a complex analysis of the RES technologies that provides a systematic approach to renewable technologies in the regions. A pattern of green settlement is formed with rural landscape elements developing city like infrastructure and reconciling agriculture and other economic sector activities. Energy economic model formed the most acceptable in the case of RES uptake of synthesizing various RES technologies and creating conditions for the rational implementation of renewable technologies.
