Karjeros kompetencija – sėkmingos karjeros veiksnys: būsimų turizmo vadybininkų požiūris

Kiekybinio tyrimo pagalba analizuojamas studentų, būsimų turizmo vadybininkų, požiūris į karjeros kompetencijos sudedamųjų dalių svarbą sėkmingai karjerai turizmo industrijos organizacijose.

ENIn the modern business world career competency manifested by graduates and professionals could help them cope with problems arising from individual career ambitions and challenges in the labor market. Mostly opinions of employers and graduates differ on this issue. Thus, it becomes essential to interpret graduates attitudes towards career competency as an assumption for their successful career. The aim of this research is to evaluate the importance of career competency constituents on future tourism manager‘s successful career in tourism industry. To achieve this aim, the study is presented the concept of career, by showing her importance to person life. Also there are discussed constituents of career competency and their need for successful employment of graduates and for work. The quantitative research results disclose what skills of career competency constituents are most relevant for students.
