LTKosmopolitiškai asmenybei sienos ar atstumai nebeegzistuoja. Ponas ar ponia „x“ gali atsisėsti savo namuose Ugandoje ir technologijų pagalba dirbti Čikagoje. Pastarieji dešimtmečiai vis labiau šį procesą spartina. Bet tai kas susiformavo šimtmečių ar tūkstantmečių pagalba taip lengvai adaptacijai nepasiduoda t.y. kultūriniai ir socialiniai papročiai, bei įpročiai. Darbo kultūros įpročiai, kai kuriais atvejais net ir šalyse kaimynėse gali skirtis, o ką jau ir kalbėti apie regionų ar tarpžemyninių valstybių darbo kultūrą. Straipsnyje teoriniu aspektu bus analizuojama kaip socialinė-kultūrinė aplinka veikia globalios logistikos atveju. Taip pat bus pateikti ekspertinio tyrimo rezultatai, kurie įvertins socialinės-kultūrinės aplinkos poveikį skirtinguose regionuose globalios logistikos atveju. ENNo longer exist wall or distances for Cosmopolitan personality. Mr. or Mrs. „X“ can sit down in his home in Uganda and help of technologies to work in Chicago. Recent decades have increasingly accelerates this process. But this is what has formed for centuries or millennia help don’t easy give up for adaptation, i.e. cultural and social mores and habits. Work cultural habits, in some cases, even in neighboring countries may be different, well and what is already talking about regional and intercontinental countries work culture. In this article according theoretical aspect will be analyzed as a social-cultural environment affects global logistics. It will be also presented the results of the expert from different regions, who will assess the socio-cultural impact of environmentally of the global logistics. The literature analysis showed that the socio-cultural environment has a significant impact on today’s global business, and especially in logistics. Different regions have different socio-cultural environment, which often leads to difficulties in cross-border transactions, which in logistical activities are many. The results of carried out of expert evaluation, showed that in all regions, experts socio-cultural environment on a global logistics case is the same, but different, the attitude of the respondents by sex such as men more positively evaluate overtime than women; in men’s opinion the religion and various festivals do not have a significant impact on the logistics business, while women think the opposite.
