Latvia and Poland submitted models commonly recurring payroll factor as one of the most influencing changes in the density of the insurance market . Therefore, wages , i.e., Consumer income has a positive impact on the demand for insurance, as rising wages , increasing purchasing power , as well as income increases the opportunity for a larger share of income of pension contributions , investment- linked insurance products or asset cover. Specific insurance market factors into the analysis was significant, because the models are reflected as one of the main factors determining insurance density rate changes.
