ENThe growing internationalisation of economic activity has generated an increase in world-wide trade and cross border capital flows. That is why the major economic agents have an interest in understanding and assessing the risks of a target country. Economical literature presents different kinds of country risk components and their composition. Often the same component includes different subcomponents according to different authors. The comparative analysis of different treatment of country risk is presented in the article. To the opinion of the author of the article the following components should be included in country risk analysis: political risk, financial risk and economic risk.
