ENReviewing of the various sources of scientific literature of foreign and Lithuanian scientists analyses the discourses of intercultural communication and educational innovations and identify the research strategy (methodology) for the expression of relation between intercultural communication and educational innovations. This paper presents key parameters of intercultural communication and their criteria - civic education, social communication and the positive socialisation. Based on the theoretical literature and empirical investigations it is constructed the hypothetic model of relations between the key parameters of intercultural communication and educational innovations. The hypothetic model of relations between the key parameters of intercultural communication and educational innovations and its individual elements may be easily adapted for educational institution.
