ENIn 1995 was accepted the first small and medium business (SVV) broadening program in Lithuania. In 1998 after confirmation the second program were established the special institutions for program realisation and was accept SVV support law. Also was founded SVV stimulation fund. For this fund in 1998-1999 were grant means only 19.5 mln. Lt from privatisation fund. The main part of this fund were used for establishing 6 business incubators and insurance company. At the present moment the small and medium companies practically are not support.
